You leave with a costed roadmap you own: what to build, in what order, and the payback. If we build together, the fee comes straight off the project — so if you build, the audit was free.

Once it's live I can keep watching it, updating it as your tools change, and improving it as you go. The system is yours either way.
Why not hourly? Because you shouldn't pay extra when something takes me longer, and because the system runs thousands of times after I build it once. Hourly math has never made sense to me for this kind of work.

What's an AI Systems Audit?
The best place to start. I sit with how your business actually runs, find where AI would save you time and money — or, if you already use it, where it's being wasted — and hand you a costed roadmap: what to build, in what order, and what it pays back. It's a fixed fee, and if we build together it credits 100% toward the project, so building makes the audit free. You own the roadmap either way. The number comes out of a short call, because it depends on your business.
What does a build cost?
Every build is a fixed bid, scoped up front. You know the number before we start and it doesn't grow because something took me longer. Most people start with an AI Systems Audit — a fixed fee that credits toward the build if we keep going — and the real number comes out of that, because it depends on what your bottlenecks actually are.
How fast do I see something working?
Early. I ship in working slices, so you're testing the first piece on real jobs while I'm still building the rest. Nothing shows up as a big reveal at the end.
Do I need to replace my current tools?
No. I build around whatever already runs your business: ServiceTitan, Jobber, QuickBooks, spreadsheets, Gmail. If it works for you, the system plugs into it.
What happens after launch?
Every build gets tested on your real data and handed off so your team can run it without me. If you'd rather I keep watching and improving it, Keep It Running is month to month and you can drop it whenever you want.
Who actually builds it?
I do. There's no agency between us and no dev team you've never met. You talk to the person building the thing, which is me.
The next job goes to whoever answers first.
